The Backoffice allows you to personalize your commercial proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint in just 5 steps:

✅ Step-by-Step Process

  1. Download the Current Template
Begin by downloading the existing proposal document from the Backoffice.
  2. Customize the Template in PowerPoint
Open the downloaded file in Microsoft PowerPoint and tailor it to match your brand and project requirements. This allows you to:
    • Adjust fixed elements such as your logo and brand colors — these will appear in every proposal.
    • Design dynamic content areas that adapt to each project. This is done using placeholders — smart, dynamic fields that automatically fill in relevant data (e.g., customer name, system size, financial metrics) when a proposal is generated. This approach allows efficient personalization, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

  3. Upload the Modified Template
After editing, upload the updated version of the document back into the system.
  4. (Optional) Preview a Generated Proposal
You may generate a preview using an existing proposal to verify that all elements are displayed as intended.
⚠️ This step is optional, but highly recommended.
  5. Publish Your Changes
Finalize your adjustments. All proposals generated after publication will use the new template.

⏳ Version Control

The Publication History allows you to:
