These placeholders are filled in once a proposal is finalized, allowing you to freely add or remove them from your documents. You can insert placeholders on their own, within text boxes, or embedded within regular text. Additionally, you have full control to format the placeholders to match the surrounding content. When replaced, each placeholder will preserve the formatting defined in the template.

Images
To import images into documents, you need a placeholder object that can be replaced by the image. This object can be a shape like a square or rectangle (an example is shown below). By changing the object’s name to match one from the table, the figure will be automatically replaced with the corresponding image.
