Step 2.1
In this section you have the possibility to choose how do you want to build the floor plan in the software, so you can later characterize each of the rooms (windows, doors, height, ground floor, etc.), by either:
- Drawing a floor plan from scratch OR
- Uploading an image file of a floor plan, and draw the rooms on top of a watermark
In any case, a maximum of 4 floors is allowed.
Step 2.2
If you go with 1), you will have to specify the maximum length of the drawing canvas, so we can help adjust the size of the rooms as you draw.
If you opt by option number 2, you will need to set the scale. The easiest way to do this is to merely draw a line and tell us the size of it in the floor plan (e.g. indicate the length of a wall), the software takes care of the rest.
The main advantage of number 2 is, although you still need to draw, we can automatically detect wall lengths.
Step 2.3
In step 2.3 you will draw each of the rooms of the floor plan, preferably using option number 2 from above. This way you can not only draw without using your memory, but we can help detect room sizes as you draw.
